1. Services Offered

Fishyhue Studio™ (M/s TshirtPizza Studio) offers the following services:

  • Branding: Logo, Stationery, Templates
  • Graphic Design: Posters, Typography, Illustration
  • Web Page Design: Landing Page, Home Page
  • Content Writing: Website, Blogs, Landing Page
  • Merchandise Design: T-Shirts, Packaging
  • Social Media Creative Creation

2. Eligibility

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. There are no age restrictions to use our services.

3. Placing Orders and Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website, email, phone, or form submission by paying a non-refundable advance.
  • For projects with multiple stages, payments will be divided into milestones after the initial draft is approved.
  • Payment Methods: UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer (via Razorpay).
  • Full payment is required after the approval of drafts, and installments are not provided (except part payments based on project milestones).

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel the order, but the advance paid will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation by Fishyhue Studio: If Fishyhue Studio cancels an order or deems it unfit for completion as per the client’s requirements, the advance will be refunded in full.
  • Refunds for digital products (including designs) are not allowed once the service is rendered and approved.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, customers will own the final design.
  • Drafts, variations, and samples remain the sole property of Fishyhue Studio.
  • Fishyhue Studio retains moral rights and the right to display the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise specifically agreed with the customer.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Fishyhue Studio strives to provide accurate and timely services, but we are not liable for any errors, delays, or failure to deliver due to factors beyond our control.
  • Fishyhue Studio disclaims liability for design errors once final approval is provided by the customer.

7. Third-Party Tools

We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and AI tools for image creation. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection of data by these tools.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
